To obtain the RMA, you must have the online order number and the store where the return will occur. Then bring the item, the packing slip, original packaging, RMA, and the credit card used for the purchase to a local Lamps Plus store. 

Furniture and rug purchases made online or in-store cannot be returned to a Lamps Plus store location. Instead, they must be shipped back to the warehouse. 

If the item was shipped via freight delivery, it must be returned via freight. Call to schedule a freight pick-up appointment within two to three days of delivery. All freight delivery returns are subject to a $99 freight pick-up fee and are only available in the continental United States. 

Items that cannot be returned to a Lamps Plus store include Open Box purchases, orders, eBay purchases, Walmart orders, and other marketplace-sourced orders. Additionally, Room of Choice Delivery and Ground Level Entry Delivery orders cannot be returned to a store location. 

If you cannot return your online purchase to the store for some reason, you can still return it to the warehouse if it falls within the 60-day return policy. There is no charge or restocking fee unless the wires have been cut, the items have been installed, or have loose crystals. 

If you plan to ship the item back to Lamps Plus, call customer service to get an RMA and write that number on the pre-printed return address form found in your order or from the RMA email. Next, pack all items in the original box and affix the return address label outside the box. Then, send the return to Lamps Plus via USPS, UPS, or FedEx and get a tracking number. Items shipped back to Lamps Plus from Canada must be sent via UPS. 

Once the warehouse receives the product in good condition, Lamps Plus will begin the refund for the amount of the item's purchase price plus tax to the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping costs and charges on purchases and returns are non-refundable.

If you registered with Lamps Plus for an online account, log into your account, click on "Order History," and click on the order/items you want a status update for.
